Yamaha Tenerè 700 Rally kit , how to build your dream with a Tailor Made setup, 100% Made in Italy.
This kit it’s composed from the following parts :
- Pair of Rally-style aluminum alloy front tanks that allow the center of gravity of the bike to be lowered
a little and make the bike slimmer in the upper part (in the old fuel cap area to be clear); the goal we
want to achieve is 12/13 liters per tank (maximum volume assumed to not weigh down the motorcycle too
much) - Rally bash plate to protect the tanks, made of high-strength aluminum alloy, as well as to protect
the fuel pump; the Rally bash plate will be developed based on our current Mjolnir sump guard for T7 - Complete fuel line for the tanks
- Fuel pump housing
- CNC fuel caps and anodized on your preferred color
- Hardware mounting kit fo fit everything on your Yamaha Tenere 700
The tanks will be treated internally with epoxy impregnation (which does not add thickness or weight to
the tank) and protects the inside of the tanks from the fuel and guarantees a greater seal.
Upon request, they are supplied painted matt black and complete with graphics. ( ask us for quote)
All the photographs, for now uploaded in this product sheet, represent the product in the intermediate phase, ready for the final welding.
Each individual customer will receive an update, step by step, of the progress of the work of his kit, photographs of the kit ready for welding, and of the kit after the welding process ready for checking in the test masks.
If the tanks are requested painted, he will receive photographs before and after painting and will receive photographs of all the material before shipping to the address that will be indicated to us.
