Order preparation

The estimated time to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier is 10 business days. This does not include transit time. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Transit and delivery

Transit time is added to order preparation time. Current Standard shipping options have an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. Dates shown at checkout and in your order confirmation are estimates based on preparation plus transit time, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Material availability, customisation, made-to-order work, carrier delays or customs checks may affect these times. If we become aware of a change, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have specific timing requirements, please agree them with MST Rally before purchasing.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment, based on the destination and your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the available tracking information.

Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees

Where applicable at the destination, customs duties, import taxes and any customs clearance or carrier handling fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges paid at checkout and must be paid by the final purchaser/recipient. Customs authorities or the carrier may request these amounts upon import or delivery. This applies in particular to shipments to countries outside the EU.

The only exception is a different arrangement communicated directly to the customer in writing by MST Rally. A zero tax amount shown at checkout or in the order confirmation does not mean that no import charges will be payable.
