The Honda CRF450L/RL/XR Adventure Rally Kit by MST Rally is designed to transform your motorcycle into a true adventure rally machine with a professional racing-inspired appearance.
Developed for off-road riding, rally raids, and adventure travel, it enhances the motorcycle’s visual presence while providing a configuration inspired by international rally competition.
The kit is dedicated to riders who want a more aggressive, functional motorcycle ready to tackle long-distance off-road adventures.
The rally structure improves navigation capability, front-end protection, and riding comfort during demanding rides while preserving the sporty character of the Honda CRF450L/RL/XR.
The kit includes:
- Complete rally navigation tower designed to accommodate the OEM instrument cluster, a paper roadbook with ICO tripmasters, or a modern navigation tablet. The OEM headlight is retained and reused.
- Pair of high-strength aluminum front fuel tanks designed to house the OEM fuel pump, with an approximate capacity of 9 liters per tank.
- Pair of high-strength aluminum rear fuel tanks with a capacity of 8 liters each. The right rear tank can be prepared on request for installation of a second fuel pump.
- Complete low-mounted rally exhaust system.
- Carbon fiber skid plate.
- Pair of HRC-style front side panels.
- Complete mounting hardware kit that allows installation of the fuel tanks without any modification to the motorcycle frame. All electrical components originally located beneath the left rear number plate are repositioned using the supplied hardware kit.
- Electrical supply kit for the OEM fuel pump and optional secondary fuel pump.
- New rally-specific fuel line system.
