What Is the CNC Triple Clamp Kit?

The CNC Triple Clamp Kit for KTM 790 Adventure, 790 Adventure R, and 790 Adventure R Rally is designed to deliver a more precise, stable, and race-oriented riding feel.

The clamps are made from high-strength aluminum and finished with a premium orange anodized coating.

Compared to standard components, they provide increased rigidity and more precise handling under heavy braking conditions.

The improved pressure distribution at the clamping area also helps reduce fork tube wear over time.

The kit supports mounting of the OEM linear steering damper on the lower clamp or a rotary damper on the upper clamp, such as Scotts or Öhlins systems.

Installation and Use

The kit must be installed exclusively on KTM 790 Adventure, 790 Adventure R, and 790 Adventure R Rally models. It maintains OEM offset (30 mm) and fork spacing (220 mm). Professional installation is strongly recommended.
